Atlantans will do almost anything for a burger. For years, Holeman and Finch Public House convinced people to wait hours for a chance to taste its double-stack cheeseburger at 10 p.
Let’s admit it: Dining out for lunch can leave you feeling sluggish. A big plate of pasta, one too many slices of pizza, an enchilada smothered in sauce (besides that basket of complimentary chips and salsa you gorged on) – it’s only noon and you’re already looking for a place to lay down your head.
The saying goes that it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere, but when it’s actually 5 o’clock in Atlanta, there are plenty of places to shake off the work day with a cocktail or two (or three — we won’t judge).
